Blue Origin is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manufacturing Engineer II to join our Turbomachinery team on the C Shift. Special Mentions * Relocation provided * Travel expected up to 0% of the time * Shifts available: Fri-Sun 6AM-5PM onsite Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Collaborate with diverse teams to determine manufacturing processes and techniques for the production of turbomachinery components. Design and develop manufacturing processes and equipment for the assembly and testing of turbomachinery systems Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve manufacturing issues and improve product quality Optimize manufacturing processes to achieve flawless production and reduce cycle time Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and productivity Support the transition of new products from development to production phase Provide technical guidance and support to manufacturing technicians Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in the aerospace industry Proven track record of successfully implementing manufacturing processes and equipment Strong knowledge of turbomachinery systems and manufacturing techniques Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills Proficiency in working efficiently in a dynamic and time-sensitive work setting Excellent communication and collaboration skills Strong commitment to maintaining a safe work environment Compensation range for on site WA applicants is $83,070-$116,298 Other site ranges may differ , Inclusivity Statement Don't meet all desired requirements?
