Qualtrics, LLC seeks Product Manager (multiple positions) in Seattle, WA.
Duties: Build and maintain the business case for products, including market opportunity models, user personas, and top use cases. Manage the entire product life cycle. Develop and implement a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute. Assist marketing team in the go-to-market planning and execution, and messaging and positioning. Participate in specific sales opportunities (customer demos, roadmap alignment meetings, marketing events etc.). Architect custom solutions for enterprise customers. Build and improve processes for collecting customer feedback, building requirements, and maintaining long-term roadmap. Participate in the business development and partnership building activities (demos for potential partners, roadmap alignments).
Requires a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Product Management, or related field; plus 4 years of related experience. Alternatively, employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Product Management or related field; plus 7 years of related experience. Requires 4 years of experience in the following: i) as an enterprise SaaS product manager; ii) developing and executing a strategic software product roadmap; iii) writing Product Investment Docs for multi-quarter investments; iv) data structures to support intelligent search with taxonomies and knowledge graphs; v) creating mobile-friendly software; vi) defining a usage funnel to develop features which drive usage, engagement, and retention.
