Snap Inc. Program Manager, Strategy and Operations (4) in Seattle, Washington

Develop, manage, and autonomously lead projects that optimize for advertiser experience and operational efficiency. Monitor and review KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and metrics; monitor changes; identify trends; and proactively address potential opportunities for improvement with relevant stakeholders as well as ensuring KPIs are up to date and business relevant. Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to design projects and initiatives that seek to improve operational processes, policies, and the architecture of our support experiences. Iterate on and design new processes, workflows, and internal tools to optimize operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Work cross-functionally with Technical Project Managers, Business Operations stakeholders and Engineering to design and implement systems and tools to holistically address long-term operations and organizational needs. Manage communication and documentation with stakeholders, project members and leadership. Develop and build measurement metrics and accompanying dashboarding for projects such as support automation, proactive support services.  Required education/experience: Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration or closely related field plus three (3) years of experience in the job offered, consulting, finance, operations management and/or a strategy role; OR Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration or closely related field plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered, consulting, finance, operations management and/or a strategy role.  Required Skills: Knowledge and/or experience in: Experience performing quantitative analysis of large data sets using Business Intelligence tooling. Experience in MS Excel or Google Sheets. Experience producing high-quality presentations and written documents for a leadership and/or global audience. Ability to present frameworks, ideas, and initiatives to relevant stakeholders. A strong background developing solutions and executing programs for a diverse base of stakeholders. Experience working with cross border operational teams, or strong experience in supporting the scaling of an operation. Ability to develop holistic strategic recommendations to executives that require understanding of management, human resources, finance, operations and technology.  *Knowledge/experience/ability means knowledge/experience/ability sufficient to adequately perform the duties of the job being offered.  OTHER: Job Site: Snap Inc., 2025 1^st^ Avenue, Seattle, WA 98121. *Hybrid work permitted -- Snap practices a "default together" approach and expects our team members to work in the Seattle, WA office at least 80% of the time (an average of 4 days per week). 40 hours/week. Base salary: $137,654 - $171,000 per year. This position is eligible for a discretionary performance-based bonus award. This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
