Amazon Senior Program Manager, Selling Partner Experience, Paragon Case Management System in Seattle, Washington

Description

The Selling Partner Experience (SPX) organization is a large, distributed global product, program, tech and operations team whose mission is to deliver a delightful end-to-end experience that enables Selling Partners to grow and thrive in our worldwide stores.

The Paragon Case Management Insights and Experience (PCMIE) team within the SPX org owns the platform technologies used by 160+ internal teams and programs and 500K+ users to solve complex issues and achieve a delightful experience to our Selling Partners and Amazon customers. We're seeking a Senior Program Manager to identify, drive, and track strategic initiatives that improve the experiences of our stakeholders, partners, and customers. This person will collaborate with numerous business teams, product, and program teams both inside and outside Selling Partner Experience.

Key job responsibilities

  • Connect with our stakeholders and partners to identify priorities and pain points, and develop processes and mechanisms to foster effective collaborations

  • Collaborate with Product team to track and report on key initiatives, identify blockers and drive their resolution

  • Manage business reporting including Weekly Business Reviews, monthly newsletters

  • Drive improvements in customer-facing documentation and work with Product and Engineering teams to develop Product Catalog

  • Triage new feature request intakes, evaluate and consolidate ideas for Product roadmap

About the team

Paragon is a multi-tenant closed loop case management system (CMS). We support a variety of use cases, from providing support to Selling Partners and Amazon customers, to performing investigations on suspicious activities and completing compliance and risk related tasks. Our charter is to provide foundational platform capabilities that allow businesses to customize their agent experience and optimize the operations and end customer experience. In the next three years, we're investing in artificial intelligence (including machine learning solutions, and core functionalities in upstream and downstream activities.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience

  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4+ years of driving process improvements experience

  • Experience in working with ambiguity and be able to create long term scalable solutions leveraging technology

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $92,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
