Blue Origin LLC SLD Technical Project Manager III, New Glenn Integration - Lunar Permanence in Seattle, Washington

Lunar Permanence: This role is part of the Lunar Permanence business unit, which develops Blue Origin's multiple Blue Moon lander product lines. To further Blue Origin's mission of having millions of people living and working in space, we are building sustainable infrastructure for our transport of crew and cargo from Earth to the lunar surface. As a Technical Project Manager on the Lunar Permanence Cross Program Integration team, you will spearhead the coordination and integration of the New Glenn spacecraft across essential aerospace elements, aligning technical content for deliverables, leading critical integration forums, and driving efficient issue resolution while ensuring compliance with program requirements. This role also involves the oversight of performance parameters, risk management, and contribution to decision-making processes, essential for the successful alignment of New Glenn integration with the overarching program objectives. Additionally, you will actively engage with New Glenn in understanding their analyses, assessing impacts to the overall SLD architecture as needed. Passion for our mission and vision is required! Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Ensure New Glenn is being integrated across elements (Transporter, Mk2, HDL). Define Receivables/Deliverables for New Glenn hardware with SLD program, including common prop components. Define technical content for SOW for New Glenn and coordinate with Program coordinator that manages the negotiation and delivery of the SOW. Leads and Participates integration forums with other elements, as needed. Ensure progress is being made on all top issues, drive them to closure as soon as possible. Ensure New Glenn top issues reflected on Program top issues. Ensure New Glenn risks included in program risks and being managed. Create and elevate decisions to SLD board. Track metrics for work being completed. Tracks New Glenn Technical Performance Parameters (TPMs). Work with RVC to manage SLD performance requirements, provide to Transporter in L3 Spec. Evaluate New Glenn analyses against requirements. Evaluate New Glenn designs against requirements. Work with RVC team to sign off on New Glenn V&V approach. Minimum Qualifications Minimum of a B.S. degree in Engineering or another technical field 5+ years of relevant experience managing complex aerospace integration projects, with a proven track record of orchestrating seamless integration across multi-element platforms, specifically in the aerospace industry. Experience leading multidisciplinary development projects, including managing requirements, priorities, scope, schedule, and cost. Ability to integrate and coordinate across business, partner and customer elements. Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion. Comfortability in facilitation capabilities to lead and participate in integration forums with diverse engineering elements, ensuring efficient progress, timely issue resolution, and alignment with program objectives. Proficiency in tracking and analyzing comprehensive performance metrics for work completion, ensuring quality outcomes, and providing vital insights for program oversight and decision-making processes.
