ManpowerGroup Technical Program Product Manager II in Seattle, Washington

Our client, a leading organization in the sustainability technology industry, is seeking a Technical Program Product Manager II to join their team. As a Technical Program Product Manager II, you will be part of the Worldwide Sustainability Technology team supporting the Sustainability Data Initiative. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Technical Program Product Manager II

Location: On-site in either Seattle, WA, Arlington, VA, or New York, NY

Pay Range: $65-$68 per hour on W2

What’s the Job?

  • Lead data provider application reviews and onboarding

  • Manage the open call for research and innovation proposals utilizing available datasets

  • Develop governance mechanisms for data validation, scientific credibility, and quality

  • Oversee dataset launch processes

  • Monitor program compliance and report metrics and KPIs

What’s Needed?

  • 3+ years of experience in program management working with Product, Engineering, and/or Data Analytics teams

  • Strong understanding of product/project management including business case, risk management, and schedule management

  • Familiarity with AWS and cloud services, especially S3 data service and SageMaker

  • Experience with Python scripts for pulling data sets and GitHub

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in operations management or a related field
