Role overview Accolade is looking for a dynamic VP of Corporate Communications and Brand, reporting to the SVP of Marketing. You'll lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns and brand messaging to enhance brand sentiment, awareness, and growth. Managing a talented team, including writers, designers, PR, Social Media, and Corporate Events, you'll focus on increasing unaided brand awareness, positive sentiment, organic traffic, earned media value, customer stories, and event success. We need someone who blends creativity with analytics, possesses strong intuition, executive presence, impeccable judgment, and can drive teams towards desired outcomes efficiently. As an agile marketer, you'll ensure our team operates effectively and produces exceptional content that aligns with our brand values and goals. You'll bring modernization and innovation to our strategies while maintaining a high standard of excellence. A day in the life... * Develop and lead the overall communications and brand strategy in alignment with company goals. * Ownership of company level messaging framework and its evolution alongside the business with constant measurement and monitoring at the heart of its development. * Create compelling content strategies across various platforms to engage our audience and drive brand awareness. Ensure these content strategies are informed by SEO and revenue analytics to place our content investments wisely. * Oversee the strategy and execution of PR initiatives, driving positive media coverage and effective crisis management. Work with our PR agency and internal stakeholders to deliver strategic approaches to timing our messaging, telling our innovations story and differentiating our brand. * Lead the marketing department in creating a culture of authentic customer and member stories that resonate with our members and buyers and demonstrate the value of our solution to the market. * Create the conditions for successful social media strategy managed by your team including social media channels, crafting engaging content and monitoring online conversations to enhance brand reputation. Owns the social channels for the whole company. * Lead the vision for corporate events that align with our brand identity, resonate with our target audiences, generate leads and extend the media value of our messaging. * Collaborate cross-functionally with the rest of marketing, product, and executive teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding. * Utilize data and analytics to measure the impact of communication efforts and make thoughtful, data-driven decisions.
