Supervises | | | dorm clean-up activities. | | | - Acts as advisor to Peer | | | Court. | | | - Participates in student case | | | conferences. | | | - Participates with the | | | Counselor and Residential | | | Living Manager in the | | | development and | | | implementation of student | | | personal and social | | | development plans. | | | - Maintains current and | | | accurate records of student | | | personal and social | | | development. | | | - Maintains discipline in the | | | assigned dorm and dorm area. | | | - Maintains student | | | accountability. | | | - Maintains his or her shift | | | incident log, ensuring | | | accuracy and completeness. | | | - Acts in the absences of the | | | Center Shift Manager or | | | Residential Living Manager. | | | - Assists in the development | | | and training of RAs. | | | - Works with Residential Living | | | Manager, Counselor and other | | | team members to support the | | | effective case management of | | | students on their caseloads. | | | - Positively models the Job | | | Corps Career Success | | | Standards: Workplace | | | Relationships and Ethics; | |
