About the role
We are hiring experienced and capable Service Technicians.
Reporting to a Section Manager, you will work closely with various other departments, such as Service Sales, New Equipment Sales, project, Quality, Environment/Health & Safety, to ensure work is carried out efficiently and safely.

What you will be doing
Carry out 100% of lift maintenance and service visits of the units within your territory to achieve continual operation.
This position may be required to be on Standby duties and attend 24-hour Breakdown Callbacks.
Liaise directly with the customer while on site to build a good working relationship.
Ensure that all work performed (i.e., servicing, parts replacement, repairs, and breakdown) is documented with the relevant customer's request
To attend as soon as reasonably possible, all breakdown callback assignments, especially to give priority for 'man trap' situation
To perform other repair works as instructed by the Supervisor
To report all abnormal findings to the Supervisor for further action.
Any other duties that may be given by the Supervisor from time to time
What you will need to be successful
Electrical, Electronic, and or Mechanical qualifications with at least 2-3 years of experience in the Elevator and Escalator industry
Willing to travel within the KL area for work and be able to standby to attend call-backs
Able to troubleshoot and solve technical problems with ease.
A committed professional with safety as your priority
Comfortable using electronic and digital tools
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Self-disciplined, curious, adaptable, and able to work independently and within a team
