Job Summary:
ISMF Wafer Fabrication facility in Seremban is seeking a highly motivated engineer to work as a Process Integration Engineer that supports the manufacturing and probing of discrete semiconductor wafer, with a focus on technology development, cost reduction and process improvement. The primary responsibility of the Process Integration Engineer is to quickly recognize and react to cost reduction and process simplification opportunities in ISMF 6" Wafer Fabrication operations. The Process Integration Engineer will actively work alongside Product, Assembly/Test, Device, Process and Manufacturing Engineering groups to execute cost savings, process development and new product introduction projects flawlessly and on time. The job includes documentation updates of all work done per ISMF factory guidelines.
