Job Summary:

The Service and Parts Sales Manager is responsible for sales planning, developing and pricing strategies, building and managing sales pipeline, and the sales team’s training and development. He will lead a team of professionals that provide parts and services for HVAC/R customers. The Service and Parts and Sales Manager works with the Service Operations Manager, Plant Room Sales Manager and Service Support Team Leader to ensure strategies are executed accordingly and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies for EBI and NBI customers to achieve consistent service and parts profitable growth.

  2. Monitor the effectiveness of the team against Service KPIs (renewal, linkage, capture, Demand Service, Remote services) making it ready for continuous improvement.

  3. Ensures that team are trained and capable to deliver the order and revenue plan, to increase installed-base penetration rate, and expanding the service agreements with existing customers.

  4. Manage weekly Service sales meetings, review of project pipeline status against monthly and annual order and revenue plan, and the customers’ account receivable.

  5. Review proposals, TSC (Trane Service Cloud) order data accuracy, and other sales documents submitted to customers. Job Description – Asia Pacific Talent Acquisition 2 of 2

  6. Provides accurate and timely forecasting of orders and revenue with the details of how Sales team will support and achieve this.

  7. Ensure team’s compliance with Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), Code of Ethics, and Trane Technologies set policies and procedures.

  8. Regularly review the Service Sales process for improvement opportunity.

  9. Drive Innovation programs and solutions with customers, specifically around proactive upgrades as part of demand service sales

  10. Work closely with other MVIP service leaders to support the sales of large retrofit projects, train the local teams using hands on approach, Support the team during project execution and also engage with customers wherever required

  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a college/university• End to end experience HVAC sales, Energy solutions, BMS controls and Projects execution. Should be having exposure/ experience of digital services using IoT technologies and digital processes• Demonstrates good communication skills to deal effectively with internal and external customers. • Must be capable thinkers who possess a high amount of innovation. He/she should be optimistic, decisive, and organized. • Must have a proven record of accomplishments. • Must have a strong leadership background and must know how to handle and manage problems quickly and efficiently. • Ability to compute rate, ratio, percent and to draw and interpret graphs and other data presentations. • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret and extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
