Job Description
Candidates will be performing machining with both multi-axis lathes and Haas mills. While experience on both types of machines is not required to start, candidates need to be open to working on both. The role involves setting up machines with proper tooling, inspecting parts with dial micrometers and digital calipers, and performing minor program editing. The work includes both short runs (8-10 parts) and long runs (3-4 days) with at least 2-3 setups per week. Candidates will use iPads for documentation and inspect parts using height gages, micrometers, and calipers.
Responsibilities
Set up machines with proper tooling and tool changes.
Inspect own parts using dial micrometers and digital calipers.
Perform minor program editing.
Handle both short and long runs of machining tasks.
Perform at least 2-3 setups per week.
Use iPads for documentation.
Inspect parts with height gages, micrometers, and calipers.
Essential Skills
1+ years' recent experience machining with mills or lathes.
Comfortable setting up machines with proper tooling.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with multi-axis lathes is a major plus.
Experience with Haas mills is a major plus.
Experience with setups.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00
