Job Description
How you will make an impact:
Seeking a Senior Accounts Payable to be focus in the Intercompany process and to ensure transactional excellence related to intercompany AR/AP.
They will partner with a broad number of external and internal business partners, such as Trade Partners, Procurement Team, Tax, Accounting, Compliance & Audit. The focus is on driving day to day Intercompany activities to achieve invoice booking efficiency, GIT, GRIR and input VAT goals.
What you will do:
Reporting and analytics on Intercompany related topics.
Arrange payment with schedule, provide payment details when required.
Collect invoices (Pre-call/prepare/send statements with current invoices), call on past due invoices, problem solve disputes with intercompany customer and CSR team.
Responsible for intercompany charge in/out.
Month-end intercompany AR reconciliation.
In charge of BS recon comments, BS reconciliation, check list and other related reports.
Work closely with FP&A, Tax to resolve charge out related.
Participate in trainings to engage non-finance teams in finance related compliance and processes.
Assist in establishing and maintaining appropriate internal controls to ensure 100% SOX compliance.
Participate in various finance projects and initiatives to drive improvements in execution.

Experience
- 4+ years of experience
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Ability to quickly learn organization specific computer applications, ability to learn accounting principles
Good spoken and written communication skills are required to collaborate with various partners
Proficient Excel skills and ERP experience (i.e. SAP, JDE)
High attention to detail and accuracy is a critical component of role
Travel Requirements
