Job Description

OBJECTIVE

  • Strategic Alignment : Ensure that IT applications for event system management are aligned with the overall business strategy and objectives of the pharmaceutical enterprise.

  • Operational Efficiency : Enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of IT applications to streamline business processes and avoid compliance/legal risks.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making : Utilize data analytics and AI to drive informed decision-making processes.

  • Compliance and Security : Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and ensure the security and integrity of data and system.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Unleash the power of Data, Digital and Technology to achieve China Elevation Plan by building strategic capabilities

  • Be partnership with BU/BF eg FI/compliance/legal/HR team, with a strategic mindset, able to take business priorities, in-depth understanding of the commercial business with the ability to influence, challenge and innovate to enable commercial strategic imperatives.

  • Event system and risk management

  • Overall management of end-to-end event management process eg budgeting, planning, submitting, execution, payment

  • Ensure HCP engagement platform that meets the company’s needs and complies with regulatory requirements, implemented correctly, with all necessary features and integrations in place to support event management

  • Utilize compliance monitoring tools within the platform to track all HCP engagements, ensuring they remain compliant and identifying potential issues early.

  • System Maintenance and Support: Oversee the IT infrastructure supporting the event management system, ensuring high availability and performance.

  • AI Integration:

  • Implement AI solutions to analyze data and generate actionable insights to stakeholders.

  • Use AI-driven tools to enhance event risk management and monitor.

  • Compliance and Security:

  • Ensure event management and HR system comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

  • Implement robust data protection measures to safeguard against cyber threats.

  • Regularly audit and update security protocols to maintain compliance.

  • Training and Support:

  • Provide training and support to employees to ensure effective use of event management and HR system.

  • Facilitate the transition to new system and technology, addressing resistance to change.

  • Offer continuous training on AI tools and their integration with event management and HR system strategies.

Requirements

  • Educational Background:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Experience :

  • Prior experience in managing event management and HR system and implementing relevant strategies in the pharmaceutical industry.

  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to the pharmaceutical sector.

  • Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in event management and HR system.

  • Experience with AI and machine learning technologies to support commercial, medical system.

  • Familiarity with AI tools.

  • Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders while maintaining a focus on business outcomes.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills to address technical and business challenges.

QUALIFICATIONS

Level of Education

IT / digital background preferred

Bachelor Degree is a must, MBA preferred

Working Experience in Relevant Field

10-15 years experiences in IT/ digital / innovation strategy experiences in pharmaceutical industry

Professional Knowledge and Skills

Fluent English
