Job Description:
This position will ideally be based in Shanghai, reporting functionally to the SVP, HRBP, Otis China, while working closely with the HR Teams in China and Global Function HRBPs.
Job responsibilities:
Partner with global functional leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that support business transformation and change initiatives.
Provide expert guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management to drive Global Function organizational effectiveness.
Coach and collaborate with functional leadership to drive employee engagement, performance management, organization effectiveness and efficiency.
Partner with senior leadership to drive transformations through organizational design and effectiveness initiatives, with an emphasis placed on change management.
Lead and support HR-related projects and initiatives as required. Ensure HR management in an effective and efficient way through BP and CoE, and share service model
Oversee HR-related program management activities, ensuring timely and effective delivery of transformation initiatives and enhanced HR team effectiveness
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Monitor and report on program progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
Utilize HR metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
Drive talent development initiatives to build leadership capabilities and ensure a pipeline of future-ready leaders.
Support the development of high-potential employees through targeted development programs and succession planning.
Partner with MyHR / Colleague Services to ensure effective delivery of manager and employee services.
Drive HR compliance, policies, and procedures in alignment with local labor laws and company standards.
