Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for managing sales institution master data, full channel sales data flow and hospital listing data
Provide monthly sales analytics, and follow up Business performance and Operational performance
Support Sales Operation & Governance Leader reviewing and auditing the process & results of Hospital potential assessment & segmentation and HCP targeting & Segmentation
Support Sales Operation & Governance Leader centrally monitoring the performance of promotion activities execution, such as sales behaviours, messages delivery and other promotion activity mix
Support Sales Operation & Governance Leader standardizing SFE key process & procedure and updating SFE SOP along with training & communication
Daily and monthly sales flow data checking and query collection, communicate with sales team and data vendor in time, to ensure sales flow are timely and accurate
Support all BU quarterly ETMS system adjustment. All Brands associated drug store application collection & approval process
Monthly abnormal sales return data collection communicate with BU &commercial operation team, provide abnormal sales return data to incentive team
Support HR department for sales team promotion data

Qualifications:
Level of Education
- Bachelor Degree or above in preferred Mathematics, Finance, Statistics and Computer Science background.
Working Experience in Relevant Field
Around 6 years’ experience in sales capability or equivalent experience in pharmaceutical industry.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Sales Force Effectiveness or related functions is a must.
Be familiar with SFE operation and activities; Experience on project management (system or process improvement) and SFE BP must, Auditing and Controlling preferred.
