Responsibility:

  • Project Management: Responsible for implementing projects for Regional sales team, include collaborating with the regional sales manager to develop tracking mechanisms, such as bowlers and review systems, communicating with parallel departments to drive improvements, securing necessary resources, such as Premium accounts, repricing, and potential third-party collaborations..

  • Assisting in the implementation and execution of Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies.

  • Handling and improving automation projects

  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders for pipeline management.

  • Exploring business models for instrument distribution in the region.

  • Exploring application directions in adjacent markets, such as agriculture, environment, government, and healthcare.

  • Coordinating collaboration with other divisions within the region.

  • Other regional projects to drive business expansion from an application perspective, such as promoting customer engagement in areas like CGT, ADME, and organ-on-a-chip technologies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of work experience, with project management experience.

  • Marketing or sales background is helpful

  • Strong PPT and presentation skill

  • Master degree
