Roles and Responsibilities

  • Play as a business expert and strategic programs leader to engage with both internal senior leaders, external business partners to explore future opportunities, and further drive business process to enable business growth.

  • Lead and develop talents, enhance organization capabilities, proactively partnering with cross function teams and drive collaborations to deliver business result.

  • Act as commercial lean champion to use lean tools as well as evaluative judgment to deep dive and solve complex problems that impact the business. Has ability to assess quality of information given and ask pertinent questions to stakeholders. Able to offer new solutions to problems outside of set parameters and able to construct and provide recommendations.

  • Work is subject to functional objectives. Regularly advises management in the function and/or in the business.

Required Qualifications

  • This role requires significant experience in the Business Development & Business Development. Knowledge level is comparable to a master’s degree from an accredited university or college.

  • Demonstrated capability to develop strategy and translate strategy into a tactical plan that achieves and drives top line growth with experience in a business with a minimum of $300M in revenue.

  • Strong Lean background would be a plus to drive rigor of overall business success, marketing strategy, commercial intensity, organization efficiency and business operations excellence.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trusting relationships in a matrix environment as well as influence employees at all levels.

  • Proactive in identifying solutions to business issues. Possesses a responsive and strong sense of urgency.

  • Cross-functional leadership skills to influence stakeholders and shape/lead growth vision.

  • Team oriented – ability to motivate and work well with diverse and cross-functional teams.

  • Strong analytical, financial, budget management and project management skills

  • Clear Thinker with strong decision-making skills: take proactive steps to generate results, use data and other inputs to make decisions; own decision, and take accountability for work using strong organizational and analytical skills.
