CN Sales Representative

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Meet territory sales target.

  2. Monitor competitive activities and organize adequate reporting.

  3. Provide product training/demonstration to distributors, dealers and end-users as required.

  4. Promote Blount products and participating in technical clinics and field days.

  5. Gather product warranty claims in the field and report.

  6. Monitor field inventories.

  7. Maintain an awareness of the business climate for our industry and products.

  8. Promote brand awareness of Blount's products.

  9. Upgrade product technical/application information for local market.

  10. Recommend and implement product promotion opportunities as appropriate.

  11. Recommend required sales aids to get the job done right.

  12. Ensure that the company's assets are responsibly maintained and safely taken care of.

  13. Observe expense budget and corporate travel & entertainm ent policy's guidelines.

  14. Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factor.

  15. Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.

  16. Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.

  17. Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace inf ormation on pricing, products, new products, etc.

  18. Resolves customer complaints.

  19. Maintaining records on area and customer sales.

  20. Other duties as assigned from time to time by the supervisor.

Education:

Bachelor degree or above in international business, Science or relevant specialty

Experience Requirements Skills/ Abilities:

  1. 2 to 5 years working experience as Sales Representative or relative experience.

  2. Good communication skills and interpersonal skills with team spirit

  3. Ability to work on multiple task and finish within tight deadline

  4. Fluent oral and written English is a plus.

  5. Good at office software, especial word, excel, acrobat and etc.

  6. Independent personality with great problem-solving skills, desire for responsibility and willingness to travel
