JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description Rockline Industries, a dynamic leader in the consumer packaged goods industry known for innovative products and commitment to excellence, is seeking a Technical Product Specialist to support our product commercialization initiatives. Job Summary: The Technical Product Specialist will play a crucial role in coordinating manufacturing trials and supporting product development in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Your technical expertise will help drive new product initiatives and cost-improvement projects, aligning with Rockline\'s business objectives. Essential Accountabilities: Manufacturing Trials: Coordinate and document trials for a variety of projects, including product development, manufacturing transitions, and design changes. Plan, execute, and report on trials. Technical Expertise: Analyze product applications, raw materials, and manufacturing parameters. Advise on regulatory environments and drive cost reduction projects. Technical Support: Provide support for process and cleaning validations and test method transfers. Lead discussions with contract manufacturers. Collaboration: Work closely with diverse groups within the company and with suppliers. Engage with international companies for global projects. Adapt and excel in multicultural and international contexts. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in science or engineering. 5+ years in product development, manufacturing, QA/QC, or engineering. Basic chemistry knowledge Experience in a regulated industry (FDA, EPA, for example). Familiarity with process validations and cleaning validations is highly preferred. Proven ability to effectively communicate in English - verbal and written. Knowledge of a second language is a plus. Advise on alternatives for product development considerations. Technical writing experience preferred Experience in the wet wipes and/or nonwoven industry is a plus.
