UL, LLC Quality Assurance Analyst in Shenzhen, China
Job responsibilities:
Assist and monitor the implementation of the ISO17025 quality system in the laboratory.
Responsible for handling customer complaints, following up on non conformities, conducting process audits, and reviewing reports.
Organize proficiency testing verification, conduct inter laboratory comparisons, and follow up on the rectification of non conformities.
Plan and execute internal quality audits, and recommend corrective/preventive measures.
Develop and modify relevant quality system documents/internal procedures.
Liaise with external accreditation bodies and be responsible for matters related to ISO17025 accreditation.
工作职责:
协助和监控实验室ISO17025质量体系的执行。
负责客户投诉处理、内外部审核不符合项的跟进。
组织能力验证、实验室间比对，跟进不符合项的整改。
计划并执行内部质量审核，建议纠正/预防措施。
制定、修改相关质量体系文件/内部程序。
与外部认可机构联络，负责ISO17025认可相关的事项。
Job requirements:
Graduated from university or equivalent qualifications.
At least 3 years of experience in laboratory quality management. (Having experience in chemical/textile laboratory testing is preferable)
With relevant internal audit experience, ISO17025 internal auditors are preferred.
Fluent in English reading and writing, CET-4 or above.
Have a sense of responsibility and strong teamwork spirit.

有相关的内部审核经验，ISO17025内审员尤佳。
英语读写流利，CET-4及以上。
