About the Role

This position will lead and supervise a team of Maintenance Technicians on our C Crew Shift (Friday & Saturday days and Sunday & Monday nights). Will interface with all departments.

Your Responsibilities

  • Direct accountability for overseeing the maintenance of the manufacturing plant, including machine, tools and all equipment necessary for the daily operations.

  • Maintain and issues daily job assignments, record and evaluate the results of Preventative Maintenance information.

  • Provide assistance to departments requiring maintenance needs or assistance.

  • Responsible for OSHA programs related to maintenance, MSDS management, and Environmental regulations.

  • Provide design assistance to the manufacture of fixtures, machines, tools, and the seat assembles.

  • Adjust schedules of equipment maintenance, and maintains records that insure that all equipment will be kept maintained and serviced.

Who we are looking for

  • Undergraduate degree in Engineering with a minimum of two years supervisor experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience required.

  • A high level of analytical ability is required to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

  • Must be proficient with computer software applications in word processing and spreadsheets.

  • Excellent verbal and written skills required.

  • Must have high level of interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and present information to suppliers, management, employees, and co-workers.

Your preferred qualifications

  • Previous automotive manufacturing experience highly preferred.
