Job Description
Work Arrangement:
This role requires an employee to be onsite on a full time basis.
The Role
Serve as a Finance partner to Operating Staff with timely and relevant reporting and analysis that drives the most informed business decisions. Provide analysis, insights and recommendations that drive profitability, mitigate risks and offer solutions to business problems.
What You'll Do
Develop and maintain monthly aftersales P&L for internal review and submit required reports to regional Aftersales Finance
Develop and maintain monthly Balance Sheet and Cash Flow for internal review and submit required reports to regional FP&A and Treasury
Develop Budget and mid-term plan schedules and prepare various reports for submission
Work with accounting and local management team for improvement of Cash Flow
Cash transfer instruction between banks and accounts
Participate to study for new initiatives as team member

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
1. KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
Specific
5-10 years working experience in Finance and/or Accounting departments of international business
Experience in the creation and review of financial statements
Understanding of daily and monthly accounting processing activities
Knowledge of US and Japanese taxation and accounting rules
General
Strong worksheet skills – mainly MS Excel and Hyperion
Knowledge and understanding of SAP System a plus
English language fluency and ability to communicate financials in English
A team player with strong customer-oriented interpersonal skill
Ability to produce quality reports in a timely manner
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
2. BASIC FUNCTIONS:
Operations Analysis (Aftersales and Cashflow)
Monthly Aftersales financial forecast development, variance analysis, and reporting
Monthly Cash Flow forecast development, analysis and reporting
Weekly Cash and liquidity management
Support monthly closing activities (Aftersales related)
Support annual tax filing and semi-annual transfer price calculation
