Job Summary:
As the Lead Low Voltage Structured Cabling Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless installation, maintenance, and repair of low-voltage systems on our large-scale industrial site. Your hands-on expertise will be essential as you lead a team of around 5 skilled technicians, working independently to meet project deadlines and uphold safety standards.
Responsibilities:
Hands-on Cabling Work: Install, terminate, test, label, and decommission CAT5/6 Copper, and Fiber cabling and patch systems.
Conduct site surveys to determine optimal placement of low voltage equipment, adhering to local codes and regulations.
Provide guidance and supervision to the team of around 5 technicians.
Manage project timelines independently to meet deadlines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate low-voltage systems seamlessly.
Qualifications:
OSHA 10 is required.
Certifications such as CTS, PMI, BICSI, BOISET, MSHA, TWIC, OSHA.
Proficiency in low voltage methodology, patch panels, AV equipment, and access control systems.
Minimum 2 years of experience working on commercial/industrial projects.

Compensation:
This role pays hourly and compensation starts at around 25/hr.
Milage and drive time can be paid for certain circumstances.
