High Country Aqua Tech (DBA Kaupas Water) Pool & Hot Tub Service Technician in Silverthorne, Colorado
We are a leading pool and spa and water treatment service provider in Silverthorne, under new ownership! We are seeking a reliable and experienced Technician to join our customer-focused team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing and repairing pool and spa equipment and water treatment systems for our commercial and residential customers in Summit County.
Key Responsibilities: Visit customer locations using a company vehicle to troubleshoot, repair, and replace faulty pool & spa equipment such as pumps, motors, filters, chemical feeders, blowers etc. Test and maintain proper chemistry, add chemicals as needed, and ensure water quality meets safety standards. Identify and fix leaks, cracks, or structural issues in pool areas, pipes, and plumbing systems. Advise customers on best practices for preventative pool & spa maintenance. Complete paperwork and document services performed. Meticulous customer follow-up and work ownership.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of experience as a pool and or hot tub technician. Proficiency in swimming pool maintenance techniques, chemicals, and equipment. Possession of CPO, CMS, CST, CSP or CHTT certification is preferred but not required. Valid driver's license and ability to operate a company vehicle. Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact professionally with customers.
Must be able to: lift and carry 50 lbs work in harsh weather conditions navigate uneven, rocky, mountainous terrain and stairs bend and stoop to access equipment navigate deep snow shovel heavy snow for 15 minutes or longer climb ladders and step stools use equipment and power tools properly and safely
