Client Services Executive, Facultative Reinsurance

What the day will look like

  • Perform processing of premium closing with efficiency and accuracy

  • Proactive in reviewing the contract setup and prompt identification of unusual terms in contract

  • Review premium calculation and ensure prompt processing

  • Liaise with client/network office/broker/finance for any premium booking and processing queries

  • Identify & report issue relating to processing promptly to Manager

  • Assist the team on an ad hoc basis with premium and claim collection whenever needed

  • To monitor any pending processing queries

  • Undertake any other works as assigned by Manager and or Supervisors

    Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Bachelor’s in Business / Finance or equivalent

  • Good written and verbal communications skills in English

  • Team player, ability to multi-task and work independently

  • Meticulous - exceptional attention to detail

  • Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
