You will plan, organise, drive and monitor the sales and promotional activities of Philips Personal Health products, and meet the key financial and non-financial parameters set out for the assigned key accounts.

You are responsible for

  • Managing and supporting assigned accounts to achieve sales, profitability, inventory, accounts receivable targets, negotiation for contract renewal.

  • Build and maintain close working relationship with the assigned accounts to understand operations and business needs.

  • Create an account plan for each key-account for 2 years in which budgeted targets are translated into specific strategy and actions per account as part of the operational plan of the sales group.

  • Create and implement action programs for and with the key accounts to improve the performance of Philips.

  • Deliver and monitoring customer’s annual business plans and monthly sales and inventory reports.

  • Manage the Sales & Operations process, forecast accuracy, price and order management

  • Collaborate with Marketing team to land marketing campaigns and initiate monthly promotions to enable target achievement.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Diploma and above tertiary education qualification

  • Possess 4 - 7 years of Key Account Management/ Sales experience in the Consumer Products or related industry

  • Experience in managing retailers, distributors and dealers

  • Excellent interpersonal skills; and written and oral communication skills

  • Good analytical skills with an ability to be detailed and strategic

  • Independent with the ability to build strategic partnerships with customers across all levels
