Description:
We are seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to join our team as Rear Load Truck Drivers. This role involves hauling residential and commercial trash, delivering and picking up containers, and ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of the assigned truck. The position requires a strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and the physical demands of heavy lifting and frequent climbing in and out of the truck.
Responsibilities:
Haul residential and commercial trash efficiently and safely.
Perform heavy lifting and frequent climbing in and out of the truck.
Deliver and pick up trash containers as per the assigned route.
Manage any trash overflow and ensure proper disposal.
Maintain the cleanliness and care of the assigned truck.
Conduct routine inspections and report any mechanical issues promptly
Requirements:
Valid commercial drivers license (CDL).
Proven experience as a truck driver, preferably in waste management.
Ability to perform heavy lifting and handle physically demanding tasks.
Strong commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols.
