Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Follow all Company safety, GMP, and HACCP policies
Documentation of Hold Products rejected and/or released using QA Hold Procedures and QAN database
Track pallets to have additional product pulled when non-conformances are found
Conduct Warehouse audit daily
Inspect all lines for product and packaging for compliance to specifications
Provide guidance to SQC’s on quality packaging and scheduling issues
Write performance evaluations for Section Quality Coordinators
Input daily testing results in QA database each shift
Housekeeping in the lab and completion of duties on Master Cleaning schedule
Run labels according to production schedule and document
Perform other testing as needed
Inform Shift Managers, Team Leads, and Quality Assurance department of any problems with production or packaging
Assist in the disposition of non-conforming product in the holding area.
