This position reports to the Compensation and Benefits Manager and is based in Skillman, NJ.

Role reports to: Compensation and Benefits Manager

Location: Skillman, NJ Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ , but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.

Travel %: 10%

What You Will Do

The Compensation and Benefits Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for assisting in the quarter end close and the associated financial statements, developing and adjusting policies relating to compensation plans, and working in a vibrant environment with different teams as decisions about business are made :

Key Responsibilities

Prepare journal entries and analysis as part of the quarterly close process to ensure that the employee benefit accounts are properly recorded and disclosed

Review new employee benefit programs as they are established and determine the accounting implications of different programs

Develop policies in response to new established programs and changes in accounting requirements

Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as FP&A, tax, legal, accounting operations and supply chain to provide accounting guidance on contracts, business initiatives, and new transactions

Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements and disclosures

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
4 years of Accounting or Finance role experience


Desired Qualifications

4 years of Accounting or Finance role experience

CPA or equivalent, with a basic understanding of US GAAP

Proven experience in a Big Four accounting audit or advisory consulting practice. Alternatively, relevant industry experience in a SFA role

Strong communication skills, demonstrating the ability to explain complex accounting topics to non-accounting stakeholders.

Strong analytical skills and experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
