Role reports to: Regional Senior SC Demand Planning Manager
Location: Skillman, NJ (Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.)
Travel : 10%
Pay: $73,000 - 117,300

The Senior Demand Planner is responsible for:

Developing SKU-level operational forecasts for a number of products within an assigned portfolio via coordination of the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes using SAP Demand Planning functionality.
Interacting regularly with cross-functional partners including Marketing, Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, CPFR, Finance, & Supply Planning and will utilize historical order and shipment data, current POS trends, trade inventory data, and promotional activity information to develop the best possible demand plans for new and existing products.
Quantifying and communicating forecast gaps leading cross-functional forecast reviews in accordance with the IBP process standards and maintaining responsibilities for MAPE and Forecast Accuracy metrics and to identify areas of improvement.

What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required.
A minimum of 4 years business experience is required.
Strong knowledge of Excel (i.e. vLookups, pivot tables) is required.
The ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives and work independently while demonstrating initiative.
The ability to work in a matrix environment where priorities change rapidly and tight deadlines exist is required.
This position will be based a Kenvue Consumer location and may require up to 10% domestic and international travel.

Desired Qualifications:
2 years of experience in the area of supply chain management or supporting supply chain preferably manufacturing, distribution, customer service, logistics, and/or planning is preferred.
Intermediate knowledge of SAP is preferred.
Forecasting preferred
Experience in the Consumer industry or other FDA regulated industry is preferred.
APICS certification is preferred.
Lean, Six-Sigma or Process Excellence training and/or certification is preferred.

What's in it for you
Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $73,000 to $117,300 This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
