Trane Technologies Senior UX Designer in Sofia, Bulgaria
As a Sr. UX Designer on Nuvolo's Innovation Team, you will be a key contributor to a growing UX design practice for all of Nuvolo’s products. UX design excellence is key for Nuvolo’s success as a leading SaaS and IWMS provider. You are someone who is focused, highly driven, able to handle multiple priorities, efficient, and able to think about design from tactical and strategic point of view.
As a Sr. UX Designer your role will include:
Leading key initiatives while mentoring Junior-level UX designers.
Contributing to Nuvolo’s web and mobile design system.
Promoting design processes across the organization and participate in design thinking sessions.
Collaborating with other designers, researchers, product managers, and development to design and review user flows/journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.
Occasionall
y traveling to client and/or office locations when travel is safe.
Contributing to an overall product vision.
This role could be a fit for you if you bring:
6+ years of professional experience in UX design; 3+ years of experience working in the B2B / SaaS space.
A portfolio exhibiting the ability to conceptualize and communicate visually, including design process overview(s).
Experience leading design projects with multiple UX designers and successful collaboration in multidisciplinary team environments.
Mastery of design principles, processes, and methods, especially as applied to enterprise web and mobile applications.
Curiosity and a desire for continuous learning.
Excellent time management skills. You are a self-starter
Bonus points for:
Experience designing for closed proprietary platforms such as ServiceNow, AEM, Salesforce, and/or Lithium a plus.
Axure mastery. Ability to prototype interactive designs using Axure is mandatory in this role, but on-the-job Axure training can be provided for qualified candidates with experience using other tools.
