Description We are offering a role situated in Solon, Ohio for an eCommerce Web Developer. This role is essential in supporting our digital sales channels, working closely with various teams to develop, test, document, and implement solutions according to business requirements and company initiatives. This position also plays a crucial role in enhancing the user experience of our web presence.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate cross-functionally to create enhancements to business processes related to web stores and sites

• Lead the development of custom Shopify themes, apps, and integrations to support business operations, customer engagement, and data analytics

• Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align Shopify initiatives and business needs

• Lead the development of user interface and user experience, ensuring a strong, unique, and state-of-the-art user experiences

• Manage the internal ticketing system for Web Development, ensuring resolution of tickets

• Contribute to the Business Systems team’s Software Delivery Life Cycle by developing and testing within communicated standards and best practice principles

• Define and implement maintenance to applications

• Create and maintain documentation and training materials pertaining to projects, development, and system support

• Ensure timely communication to stakeholders regarding tasks, projects, and issues assigned

• Provide vision for future system improvements and initiatives

• Act as a change agent, driving transformation and improvement. Requirements • Demonstrable proficiency in Backend Development

• Solid experience with Bug Tracking

• Proficiency in Client Side Scripting

• Proven experience with Content Management System (CMS)

• Strong knowledge of Database management

• Experience with AB Testing

• Proficiency in Ajax

• Advanced knowledge of CSS

• Strong Design capabilities

• Proficiency in various Frameworks

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Web Developer

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize

• Knowledge of the latest industry trends and technology
