South Mountain Restoration Center, a long-term care skilled nursing home facility, is looking for a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Repairman 2 to perform various skilled and semi-skilled tasks in repair and maintenance of machinery, buildings, and equipment.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK As a Maintenance Repairman 2, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and functionality of our buildings and structures by performing tasks in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, plaster, painting, air conditioning, and refrigeration work. You will perform this skilled work at the journeyman level exercising technical independence in determining work methods and procedures. Additionally, you will ensure the safety of the outdoor grounds by clearing snow and ice from sidewalks, as well as maintaining the grass by utilizing lawn care equipment.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment Work hours are 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch. May change based on operational needs. Check your email, including spam/junk folders, for these notices.   REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: Two years of experience as a Maintenance Repairman 1; or Four years of experience in building and plant maintenance work, which has involved at least two of the building, electrical, or mechanical trades; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training that affords the applicant with the Required Knowledges, Skills, and Abilities.

Special Requirement: This position requires you to possess a valid Pennsylvania Class C Driver's License.
