Robert Half Human Resources Knowledge Management Lead in South San Francisco, California

Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Human Resources (HR) Manager in South San Francisco, California. This role primarily involves managing and updating decentralized HR knowledge, collaborating with content owners, designing tools and templates, and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing. You will be part of an industry that thrives on process improvement and maintenance planning, and will be required to use platforms like ServiceNow.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with HR COE leaders to manage and update decentralized knowledge.

• Work closely with content owners to prepare knowledge updates for COEs.

• Design and provide tools and templates for COE members.

• Facilitate workshops to enhance the skills of COE members.

• Establish best practices for knowledge management in collaboration with the ServiceNow Product Manager.

• Develop a culture of knowledge sharing within the HR team.

• Develop metrics for measuring the improvement in knowledge management practices.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

• Plan and control maintenance activities related to HR knowledge management.

• Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills of the HR team. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Human Resources managerial role

• Proficiency in the use of ServiceNow Platform

• Demonstrated ability in compliance and business process improvement

• Experience in maintenance planning and control

• Proven track record in developing and implementing training programs

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Strong leadership and team management abilities

• Ability to strategize and make effective HR decisions

• Professional certification in Human Resources is desirable

• Proficiency in using HR software and HRMS

• Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
