LANDSCAPE SUPERVISOR (Southampton, NY) Monitor ongoing projects. Inspect completed work to ensure conformance to contract requirements and specifications. Coordinate staff scheduling. Direct workers in the maintenance of equipment, such as power tools/motorized equipment. Prepare service estimates and maintain budgets for individual projects. Perform work of subordinates when needed such as install/maintain landscaped areas, performing tasks such as installation and maintenance of irrigation systems. Perform snow removal and equipment maintenance during winter months as necessary. Required: 2 years of experience as a landscape supervisor and a valid drivers license. Travel daily to/from various unanticipated work sites in Suffolk County. Transportation provided to/from worksites by employer.
