JOB REQUIREMENTS: HR Specialist - R-31628 We are looking for a detail-oriented and people centric HR professional who thrives in a fast paced, dynamic environment. The HR Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting our team in Spencer, Wisconsin. In this role, you\'ll focus on recruitment, positive employee relations and process ownership within the local HR team. Job Description: * Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and deliver on recruiting plan. * Ensure a positive candidate experience in partnership with our Talent Acquisition team. * Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement. * Address employee concerns and conduct investigations when necessary. * Own and manage local HR processes and maintain accurate employee records. * Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires. * Partner with leadership, HR, and Labor to ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreement. Note: This is a three-shift manufacturing plant (5 days per week). The HR Specialist must be flexible to work varying hours from time to time to support the needs of the operation. Candidates with an Associate\'s degree in a related field and 3 years of experience may be considered. * Experience working in a union environment preferred.
