[Spherion Staffing is currently interviewing for an Operator Technician who will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of plant equipment, including the centrifuges, dryers, RTO, DDGS receiving system, and grain handling equipment. The operator technician will provide support to all plant departments as needed during each shift with a primary focus on plant operations.

[Requirements: [-High school diploma or equivalent [-Valid driver's license [-Ability to work as needed which includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays [-Work schedule will vary depending on the shift assigned which will include 12-hour shifts.
