Work with moderate supervision inspecting materials and products according to Monaco specifications, standards, and drawings and use of IPC standards.  Recommend disposition and corrective action when necessary. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Inspection of product to workmanship standards (IPC-610) using appropriate tools
• Ability to read Fabrication drawings, Engineering Assembly drawings and Bills of Materials
• Ability to use various types of measurement tools
• Follow written and verbal instruction
• Write Supplier Corrective Actions
• Perform first article inspections
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of ERP systems

* Qualifications:*

• Prefer AA degree is basic electronics or equivalent
• 1-3 years QA experience in manufacturing or electronics
• Lifting up to 70 lbs
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment

Occasionally an employee will lift/carry or push/pull up to 70 pounds and frequent lifting up to 30 pounds; crouch/kneel, bend/twist at the waist, climb stairs, talk, and fine finger manipulation. Physical agility required for working in and around various sizes of large product enclosures and computers.
