NonStop Local KHQ, the NBC affiliate in Spokane, Washington, is excited to announce an immediate Sports Director opening for its sports division, SWX. Our operation in Spokane produces award-winning content throughout Eastern Washington and North Idaho. From traditional newscasts, to live sports, to our website and online presence, we do it all.
Required Qualifications & Skills: We're looking for a leader who can manage a talented group of reporters and digital producers covering everything from major college athletics and minor league teams to the high schools our community loves. If you have the passion, talent, and creativity to lead SWX to the next level, we want to hear from you!
Other Requirements: Candidate is required to have experience working in a newsroom and strong anchoring, play-by-play, producing, reporting, and photography/editing skills.
What we offer:
Salary Range: $70,000/year to $75,000/year
