Depending on how much experience you have, and the level listed for the assignment, you can earn either \$18.00 per hour (1 year experience) to \$19.00 per hour (2 or more years experience) to start. With good performance for the individual(s) you work with, there is also the potential to work more hours for others and be eligible to apply for regular part-time and full-time positions with Pathlight Group. Position: Individual Support Specialist ( ISS ) 1 Payrate: \$18.50 per hour Summary of Position: Assist individuals with disabilities/autism in expanding their skills, experiences, and opportunities relate to community living. Through the development of a personal relationship with the individual and an understanding of their special interest, strengths and learning needs, the Individual Support Specialist Serves as a resource that complements the efforts of the Assigned Specialist. Work under the supervisions of the Specialist. Be reliable and dependable in maintaining the agreed upon schedule is an import aspect of the role Qualifications: Minimum 18 years of age; High School Diploma or equivalent; valid driver\'s license, reliable vehicle required, two professional references, over 1 year related experience preferred, acceptable CORI and NBC Fingerprint.
