TYPE OF POSITION: Hours/days to be determined to fit program needs Hours may vary based on building/program needs QUALIFICATIONS: Required: High School Diploma, or equal Preferred: Bachelor's Degree MN Coaching certificate Experience: Demonstrated ability to organize and supervise an activities program Previous experience and substantive knowledge base in assigned activity Proven ability to work with high school aged students modeling positive character and responsible behavior Orientation toward continuous improvement POSITION SUMMARY: To direct, support and fully implement the assigned Activities Program with an education based philosophy of teaching and coaching.
