We are seeking a compassionate, professional Behavioral Health Supervisor to provide clinical and practical supervision and administrative oversight for therapists, staff seeking licensure and graduate level practicum students. In addition, you may provide consultation to community members, such as school personnel, and family members of clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical and practical supervision for therapists, including case consultation, review of documentation, performance evaluations and training as appropriate.
  • Ensure the highest standards of ethics and confidentiality are maintained by staff.
  • Attend and actively participate in and facilitate program meetings and individual and/and or group supervision.
  • Continue professional growth to ensure awareness in latest evidence based therapy techniques and industry best practices.
  • Provide consultation and input to program leadership as requested and when needs or areas for improvement are identified.
  • Professionally represent and present on behalf of the agency in the community. Collaborate, build relationships and provide consultation for community networks, professionals, and family members. Provide community mental health presentations, crisis debriefings as agreed upon with Assistant Director.
  • Audit therapist client files to ensure that files meet requirements and successfully pass internal and external audits without need for correction.
  • Serve on department and agency work groups, committees, or volunteer for agency functions as needed.
  • May provide effective therapy to a small number of clients, including case coordination and crisis intervention as needed.

Qualifications

Masters degree in a mental health related field.

Must be professionally licensed by the state of Missouri as a LCSW, LMFT or LPC.

Three years' experience in a mental health related field.

Compensation
