We're searching for a highly motivated and skilled technician to join our dynamic team! In this role, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our production lines, ensuring efficiency and quality.
Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair a wide range of equipment: This includes electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, HVAC systems, and production machinery.
Troubleshoot problems and perform repairs: Quickly identify and address issues within various systems, including high voltage installations and electronic components (PLCs, circuit boards).
Set up and optimize production lines: Utilize your knowledge to improve efficiency and quality output.
Perform general construction, plumbing, welding, and carpentry tasks: Maintain the overall functionality of the production area.
Read and interpret schematics and diagrams: Effectively understand technical instructions and blueprints.
Operate forklifts safely and efficiently.
Bonus points: Possess machining skills to further contribute to equipment maintenance and fabrication.
Qualifications:
Understanding of electronics, electrical services, hydraulics, pneumatics, and HVAC systems.
Experience with production equipment maintenance and line setup.
Knowledge of high voltage safety protocols and procedures.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair diverse equipment.
Hands-on experience with general construction, plumbing, welding, and carpentry is a plus.
salary: $57,408 - $78,936 per year

Responsibilities
Performs line set-up activities in an efficient, timely manner.
Provides line adjustments and preventive maintenance to
maintain efficient line operation.
Assists in the maintenance and repairs of production
equipment, building and grounds.
Keeps maintenance log as required.
Keeps maintenance supervisor advised of equipment spare parts needed.
Coordinates with department supervisors when machines
must be taken off line for maintenance.
Works on high voltage electrical equipment and wiring to perform repair and installations.
Oversees contractor work for facility modification and repair.
Is trained and works in compliance with all plant and departmental standard operating procedures and safety procedures.
Maintains plant safety systems so that they are operational.
