Boyer Trucks, A Transwest Company is seeking a motivated Outside Service Representative to maintain existing business relationships and develop new relationships to expand our business. In this position you be representing Freightliner and Western Star. FSA Paid Time Off, Sick Time, and Company Paid Holidays Employee Car Discount Program ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Regularly call on established accounts to assist with customer relationships and aggressively sell all Transwest products and services. Establish and qualify new accounts. Provide prompt, courteous and accurate service to customers. Regularly travel within designated territory. Maintain familiarity with all vendor products. Maintain daily contact with major accounts assigned to you. Complete tasks within the designated budget on travel and entertainment. Provide additional help in areas as needed and other duties as assigned by the Manager. WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL ABILITIES: Sit or stand for prolonged periods of time. Climbing in and out of vehicles. Occasional stooping and bending. Ability to lift/push/pull up to 45 lbs. Normal range of hearing and vision. REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license with the ability to obtain a CDL within 90 days. MVR in good standing. Ability to work independently and with a group. Ability to travel. Truck and mechanical experience or knowledge is a plus. Successful track record or developing relationships and closing sales. Excellent verbal and communication skills. Detail Oriented Ability to successfully complete a General Abilities Assessment and pass a Post-offer background check, drug screen and physical.
