Position: CRM Manager Location: St. Paul, MN Job Id: CRM123 # of Openings: 1 CRM Manager Position Overview: The CRM Manager provides functional and technological management and development of the Enrollment Management CRMs, Slate, and ongoing expansion of other enrollment systems, including Navigate 360, to assist the university in reaching enrollment goals. This position will be responsible for executing and assisting with day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, improvement and assessment of our CRM platform and systems in conjunction with the CRM Administrator. The work will be produced in a highly collaborative, solutions-focused environment to support reaching enrollment goals while improving user experience. Essential Duties: Execute many administrative CRM functions, including building reports and dashboards, developing workflows, creating marketing, recruiting, admissions enrollment reports and queries and other necessary system configurations. Configure and collaborate with colleagues on implementing marketing and communication campaigns. Ensure data accuracy by creating auditing practices with queries and record management. Monitor imports and integration with the Student Information System and Middleware. Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, procedures and application configuration as the Slate CRM platform and other platforms are developed and expanded. Establish processes and protocols to maintain data quality and streamline policies and requests for maximum efficiency. Perform other admissions and enrollment-related duties and functions as assigned. Education & Experience: Bachelor's Degree: Required 2+ years: Extensive competency with Slate by Technolutions CRM experience with Slate by Technolutions, Navigate 360 or other Higher Education CRMs 2+ years: Experience in higher education and/or university admissions 2+years: Strong technical experience and proven data analytic skills Competencies Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can prioritize competing tasks and deadlines; demonstrated experience as an agile problem solver who can work well in time-sensitive situations. Strong written and oral communication while making effective judgments and having flexibility in planning and organizing your work to achieve the required results. Detail oriented. Ability to build and foster productive relationships, think creatively, take initiative, and have excitement for the possibilities of CRM. Demonstrate ability to meet deadlines and handle and prioritize simultaneous requests.
