Oracle Senior Frontend Software Developer in St Thomas, Virgin Islands

Job Description

We are seeking a talented and passionate Senior Front-end Developer to join our team at Oracle Health. As an experienced Principal Front-end Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing user-facing features for our Electronic Health Records (EHR) solutions, leveraging TypeScript and the most advanced frontend JavaScript frameworks, including Oracle JET. You will contribute to building large-scale, highly secure, and performant applications that transform the healthcare industry by enabling seamless data access, improved workflows, and enhanced patient care. Our solutions integrate cutting-edge AI and machine learning capabilities to provide intelligent insights and streamline processes for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

  • Design, architect, and implement complex component/micro-frontend based user interfaces for responsive web applications.

  • Develop and maintain responsive web applications using TypeScript and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js, Oracle JET).

  • Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and product managers to create seamless and user-friendly interfaces.

  • Implement efficient and reusable code components, ensuring high performance across different devices and browsers.

  • Integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs and manage state within the frontend application.

  • Participate in code reviews, offering and receiving constructive feedback to maintain code quality.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in frontend technologies, frameworks, and tools, and recommend improvements to enhance the development process.

  • Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring a smooth user experience.

  • Contribute to the documentation of development processes, code standards, and technical designs.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range: from $74,800 to $178,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

  10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
