**[Manager, Software Engineering, Gartner, Inc., Stamford, CT. [Design, implementation, and support of internal service cloud to help fulfill research and consulting delivery strategy. Collaborate with product owners to understand the requirements and provide scalable solutions, utilizing best practices. Perform hands-on solution design, proof-of-concepts, and development and testing tasks as required in support of the implementation activities. Work with a cross-functional SCRUM team to maintain and enhance SalesForce.com Platform, leveraging Agile methodology. Research and find opportunities to utilize SalesForce.com best practices, guidelines to improve system productivity scaling and monitoring. Participate in code reviews, peer inspections, and technical design and specifications. Utilize systems scope and project objectives to ensure design, build, and test of a robust system. Communicate issues and concerns to the project team to include development, project management, and quality assurance.

[40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

**[MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS[:

[Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, and five (5) years of post-bachelor, progressive, related work experience in the position offered or a related position.

• Scripting languages/frameworks, including Salesforce, Apex, LWC Components, Aura, Java EE/Spring, JavaScript, CSS 3.0, HTML, Bootstrap, and React;
• Integration and web services technologies, including HTTP, SOAP, REST, XML, or JSON;
• Leading the design and deployment of large-scale solutions;
• Scrum software development methodology; and
• Software development and object-oriented design fundamentals in architecting software applications.
