CACI is seeking a Trainer who will be responsible for designing and managing specific training materials (content, objects, modules, or courses). Duties may include curriculum design, developing new and/or updating existing materials/content to meet training requirements, and conducting a needs assessment. Responsible for presenting training at CACI facilities and customer facilities in US and abroad.

We’re looking for a Trainer for operational training activities for Program of Record and other systems we deliver on a long-term prime contract. You will be responsible for the development and delivery of training materials to operational users. More About this Role:

You will be a key member of a global mission operations team, working with the Project Manager, and Technical & Operations Teams to maintain current training materials, coordinate & conduct training sessions, and develop new course content.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Update existing training materials for operational users and system maintainers, as needed, to ensure accuracy and completeness

  • Develop new course content and job training aids, collaborating with various technical and operational SMEs to gather course=specific content

  • Conduct in-person, remote, and computer-based training sessions

  • Coordinate training events between CACI team and customers

  • Maintain records of training activities

  • Prepare status reports and responses to requests for information

  • Travel 25-50% in CONUS and OCONUS

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and 10 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience (IE: 11 years of experience).

  • Demonstrated experience developing and delivering training materials, including self-help computer-based training (CBT) and video tutorials for ops and maintainers

  • Understanding of instructional system design models (e.g., ADDIE)

  • Familiarity with Army TRADOC training material compliance (documentation, level of details, formatting, electronic documentation, etc), training structure, and approach/teaching methodology

  • Working knowledge/experience with Microsoft software suite, especially PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and Teams.

  • Must be self-motivated, well-organized, and detail-oriented

  • Must be an effective communicator and instructor

  • Must possess a current Top Secret SCI clearance

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:

  • Experience with manned or unmanned Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) systems a plus

  • Familiar with SIGINT mission and operations

  • Prior experience in field/deployed environment is desired, but not required

  • Familiarization with software development cycle, including Agile methodologies

  • Familiarization with Adobe Captivate

  • Familiarization with military training and development framework

  • Experience providing reports and verbal communication to command-level military personnel

  • Familiarization with online Learning Management Systems

  • General graphic design experience

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$64,400 - $135,100
