Philips Commercial Leader, Personal Health Nordic in Stockholm, Sweden

As Commercial Leader for Philips Personal Health in Nordic , you will be part of the Personal Health (PH) business in Western Europe (WE), dedicated to improving millions of lives across the Region.

In this role, you will help unleash the power of Personal Health in Nordic (Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark and Iceland) through enhancing the quality of the total consumer experience, driving category growth, and expanding into new or underserved channels, whilst continuously improving our operating model with the objective of driving value with sustainable impact. You will lead an organization across Sales, Marketing, Professional and Commercial Analytics teams, supported by Finance, Revenue Growth, Supply Chain and HR Business Partners with the objective of delivering on the strategic choices for Nordic across the 3 Business Units in Personal Health: Grooming & Beauty, Oral Health Care and Mother & Child Care. You are part of the WE Management Team, the WE Commercial Leadership team and you will represent PH in the wider Philips Nordic HQs.

Your Role and your Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Drives external focus on consumers, shoppers, customers and prof. audience

  • Delivers the business performance at total Nordic level and integrates Amazon and Consumer Direct channels for holistic Zone view

  • Develops Nordic Zone, Channel and Customer G2M strategy to drive superior presence across key channels

  • Drives Nordic marketing activation plan across ATL and BTL

  • Executes excellent go-to-market execution in Nordic with superior presence

  • Builds strong commercial organization with right capabilities, talents and engagement

  • Excels in organizational leadership and people development, drives overall engagement and culture norms within the Zone and as part of overall WE Personal Health

  • Excels in organizational leadership and people development, driving employee engagement

You're the right fit if you have:

  • 10+ years of industry experience and a university degree.

  • Strong business acumen and drive for excellence in execution

  • Advanced commercial and customer facing experience

  • Breath of experience in development and executing marketing strategies

  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams in complex organizations

  • Ability to inspire and lead teams, develop talent and nurture and winning company culture

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, next to influencing skills and natural authority

  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and fluency in English and ideally Swedish

  • Stockholm (Solna), Sweden as your location (or you are open to relocate)
